Lucretia Mott

Born in 1793, she was an influential American Quaker, abolitionist, and women's rights actvist.  She was a stong advocate for social justice and equality.  She played a pivotal role in organizing the Senaca Falls Convention is 1848 which marked the beginning of the women's rights movement in the U.S.  Her work helped pave the way for future generations of social reformers.
